below here are the three different services you can select
50% of 1st month agreed rent
- Agree the market rent and find a tenant that meets the landlord’s requirements
- Carry out accompanied viewings
- Market the property and advertise on relevant portals, and work with local newspapers and boards
- We will also shortlist prospective tenants that are registered with us
- Manage prospective tenants referencing and checks
- Erect board outside property in accordance with Town and Country Planning Act 1990
- Collection and management of first month’s rent and deposit
- Provide Tenant with method of payment Deduct any pre-tenancy invoices
50% of first month rent +10% of monthly rent throughout tenancy
All the services provided in ‘Lettings only’, with the addition of
- Collection and management of monthly rent
- Follow up on non-payment of rent and provide advice on rent arrears solutions
- Undertake inspection visits once every 3 months and update landlords of property status
- Manage the check-in and check-out process of the tenancy (subject to additional fees of inventory and check-out)
- Hold keys throughout the tenancy term: End of tenancy inspection and deposit negotiations
50% of first month’s rent + 12% of monthly rent
All the services provided in ‘Lettings only’, with the addition of
- Collection and management of monthly rent

- Arrangement and management of Heritage-approved contractors.
- Any works and maintenance issues of the property will be taken care of, providing a peace of mind to landlords.
